This thread is meant to be a Worldwide Link Collection to Customs Forms CN22 and CN23. These two forms are the international standard for sending mail around the world where you have to declare the contents of your mail, where CN22 is generally for something valued fairly low while CN23 is for objects valued over a certain amount - varies from country to country generally. If the object is large or expensive enough something called a "Customs Broker" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customs_broking ) is generally needed instead, however this thread won't go into detail on that subject as I doubt very few here would ever need that.
Feel free to post your own links to the Customs Declaration CN22/CN23 for any region I'm currently missing and I will update this post eventually. This thread will have the added bonus of mentioning the official Mail Provider for a number of countries as an addition to my thread Mail Systems around the World: http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=172854.msg1240491

I recently noticed something odd for the Swedish CN22 Customs Declaration: https://www.posten.se/sv/Documents/PDF/cn22_vit.pdf The lower part is sectioned off and has the text "Riv av här om försändelsen ska sändas inom EU" which translates into: Tear off here if the shipment will be sent within the EU
So the lower part is called a "Security Declaration" and is apparently independent from the Customs Declaration, and they want it to be used within the EU. However I can not see this feature in any other Customs Declaration apart from Sweden which makes me think its just a recommended specification which no other country than Sweden has bothered to implement on their Customs Declaration? The Domestic Postal Operator "Posten" in Sweden also has a separate link directly to the Security Declaration so they've definitely defined it as a separate concept: https://www.posten.se/sv/Documents/PDF/sakerhetsdeklaration.pdf
Anyone have any information on why they might have done this and if it makes any difference if it's included or not? :o
